In 2012, BROM proudly began development of this 245-unit Senior Living community near the shoreline of historic Mystic. After interviewing numerous potential partners, BROM created a joint venture with Masonicare – a leading and trusted provider of senior services in Connecticut.
The official grand opening ceremony was attended by local officials, owners, the builders, and many public guests to welcome the initial occupants. The first phase in building this community features 179 units of varied sizes and floor plans (see aerial views on video). One- and two-bedroom units, plus studio apartments, serves a continuum of Senior Living needs for Independent Living, Assisted Living or Memory Care.
