Joe Mastronunzio Founder/Owner
Joe has worked in virtually every aspect of the business, both in the field and in the office. President and General Manager since 1978, Joe enjoys seeking opportunities for new project development. He's an avid sports enthusiast and loves traveling with his wife.
Rico Mastronunzio Founder/Owner
Rico is the Design Manager and also serves as a Project Manager. In 2012 he was named to a select group of home builders who have earned NAHB's Certified Graduate Builder designation, identifying him as one of the industry's top professionals. He was awarded the ``2013 Clarence Bruninga Housing Hall of Fame Award`` from the BAEC (Builders and Remodelers Association of Eastern Connecticut Inc.). In addition to spending time with family, Rico enjoys working out, cooking, and traveling.
Carol Office Manager
Carol joined the BROM team in 1986. She supervises office staff, provides in-house accounting services, and manages BROM's
marketing activities and website. Carol enjoys traveling, photography and spending time with the family.
Dan CAD/Job Superintendent
Dan works in the CAD department on the fine-tuning of plan modifications. Dan has a bachelors degree in Construction Management from Central CT State University. He has been with BROM Builders on a full time basis since 2008. He also performs Job Superintendent duties.
Mike Mastronunzio Founder/Owner
Mike has vast experience in the field and is currently BROM's Production Manager. He enjoys the ever-changing challenge of new construction and keeping current with the latest construction products and techniques to offer clients. Mike also administers all the buy-outs for materials and subcontracts.
Greg Project Manager
Greg joined the BROM team in 1986 and since then has worked in many capacities, including job superintendent and field manager. He works with clients as a Project Manager in all phases of the building process. He also maintains a real estate broker license. Greg has received countless letters of appreciation from clients for his undying enthusiasm, endless energy, and attention to detail.
Cindy Administrative Assistant
Cindy provides a number of office services, including the preparation of client billing statements, job costing and assists in the creation of various marketing materials. With BROM since 1995, Cindy enjoys greeting and working with clients.
