Our Team

As of 2020, Dan is the owner of BROM Homes, LLC and works in the CAD department on the fine-tuning of plan modifications and runs the jobs as a Project Superintendent. Dan has a bachelors degree in Construction Management from Central CT State University. He has been with BROM Builders on a full-time basis since 2008.

Rico is the Design Manager and also serves as a Project Manager. In 2012 he was named to a select group of home builders who have earned NAHB's Certified Graduate Builder designation, identifying him as one of the industry's top professionals. He was awarded the ``2013 Clarence Bruninga Housing Hall of Fame Award`` from the BAEC (Builders and Remodelers Association of Eastern Connecticut Inc.). In addition to spending time with family, Rico enjoys working out, cooking, and traveling.

Greg joined the BROM team in 1986 and since then has worked in many capacities, including job superintendent and field manager. He works with clients as a Sr. Project Manager in all phases of the building process. Greg is also Broker/Owner of Garden Realty. Greg has received countless letters of appreciation from clients for his undying enthusiasm, endless energy, and attention to detail.

Joe has worked in virtually every aspect of the business, both in the field and in the office. As President and General Manager of BROM Builders, Inc from 1978-2019, Joe enjoyed seeking opportunities for new project development. He's an avid sports enthusiast and loves traveling with his wife.

Mike has vast experience in the field and retired at the end of 2019 as BROM's Production Manager. He enjoyed the ever-changing challenge of new construction and keeper current with the latest construction products and techniques to offer clients. Mike administered all the buy-outs for materials and subcontracts.
