Joe Mastronunzio (Founder/Owner) has worked in virtually every aspect of the business, both in the field and in the office. President and General Manager since 1978, Joe enjoys seeking opportunities for new project development. Joe is an avid sports enthusiast and loves traveling with his wife and family.
Mike Mastronunzio (Founder/Owner) has vast experience in the field and currently is BROM’s Production Manager. He enjoys the ever-changing challenge of new construction and keeping up with the latest construction products and techniques to offer clients.
Rico Mastronunzio (Founder/Owner) works with all project managers as head of Design & Drafting. Rico also serves as Project Manager for some clients, from initial client meetings through completion and then warranty phases after move in. Rico in 2012 was named to a select group of home builders who have earned NAHB’s Certified Graduate Builder designation, identifying him as one of the industry’s top professionals. He recently was awarded the “2013 Clarence Bruninga Housing Hall of Fame Award” from the BAEC (Builders and Remodelers Association of Eastern Connecticut Inc.). In addition to spending time with family, Rico enjoys working out, running, cooking, and traveling.
Greg is a Project Manager in the main office, and he also maintains a real estate broker license. Working with clients in all phases of building their home, Greg has been part of the BROM team since 1986 in many capacities, including job superintendent and field manager. Greg has received countless letters of appreciation from clients for his undying enthusiasm, endless energy, and attention to detail.
Carol has been the Office Manager for BROM since 1986. In addition to supervising the office staff, she provides the in-house accounting services and manages BROM’s marketing activities. An avid photographer in her spare time, Carol provides all photos for BROM ads and for the website, which she also oversees.
Cindy has worked with BROM since 1995. She provides a number of office services, such as preparing client billing statements, job costing and tracking, and assists with our marketing activities. Cindy enjoys greeting and working with clients, and she occasionally helps clients make selections in our sample room.
Dan works in the CAD department on the fine tuning of plan modifications. Dan completed his bachelors degree in Construction Management at Central CT State University. He has been working for BROM Builders for the past several years in multiple facets of the construction business. Recently, he has added Job Superintendent to his duties.
