Subdivisions
BROM has, on many occasions, purchased large parcels of raw land. By using our own talent and creativity, we have developed entirely new neighborhoods from conception and planning through the entire build-out process. Each of these neighborhoods has been completed and every home has been built and sold by BROM.

An 8-lot residential subdivision.

Greenwich Court
Norwich, CT
An 8-lot residential subdivision.
Build Date: 1994-1995
Details: Developed and built by BROM Builders, Inc. Moderately priced homes.
Peachbrooke
South Windsor, CT
A subdivision of 28 homes.
Build Date: 1992-1994
Details: Developed and built by BROM Builders, Inc. Single-family homes in a Planned Unit Development.
Joint Ventures
BROM’s reputation, coupled with its high-profile activity in the area, has attracted many businesses to approach us with requests for joint ventures. Throughout the years there have been many instances whereby the blending of resources has resulted in projects that provided housing options that may not have been possible if not for the unique combination that a joint venture could offer.
Masonicare at Mystic
Mystic, CT
Details: In 2012, BROM proudly began development of this 245-unit Senior Living community near the shoreline of historic Mystic. BROM created a joint venture with Masonicare – a leading and trusted provider of senior services in Connecticut.
The first phase of this Senior Living Campus features 179 units, with multiple floor plans and sizes from which to choose. The community serves the needs of seniors who prefer Independent Living, who may require Assisted Living, or who may need Memory Care. Learn more here

East Lyme, CT
A 26-lot subdivision of luxury homes.
Build Date: 2003-2006
Details: This 26-lot subdivision of luxury homes was developed by BRENMOR, Inc., who established a relationship with BROM to market and build out the remaining 15 lots for its clients that desired custom-built homes in the East Lyme area.
Sablewoods
Ledyard, CT
A 24-lot subdivision of single-family custom homes.
Build Date: 2000-2003
Details: This 24-lot subdivision was developed by Sablewoods Associates, who promptly established BROM as its premier builder.
Doyle Road
Waterford, CT
Custom-built homes.
Build Date: 1997-2000
Details: Doyle/Paula/Ina Boulevard, Phase II: Resnikof Properties in Phase 1 developed this subdivision in the mid-1980s; Phase 2 development began in the mid-1990s. BROM and Resnikof established a joint venture in 1997 for the lots not selling in Phase 2, designating BROM as the exclusive builder and marketer for the remaining 11 lots.

A 22-unit apartment complex.

Details: Developed, built, own, and manage 22-unit apartment project with CHFA assistance. 100 percent of project is for lower income, LIHTC-qualifying families. Project is in IRS compliance.
Starrwoods Town Homes
Norwich, CT
A 24-unit town home community.
Build Date: 1991-1993
Details: Developed and built 24 attached town homes.
Summitwoods
Norwich, CT
A 120-unit apartment complex.
Build Date: 1990-1991
Details: Developed, built, own, and manage 120-unit apartment project with CHFA assistance. Forty (40) percent of project is for lower income, LIHTC-qualifying families. Project is in IRS compliance.
New Concord Green
Norwich, CT
A 48-unit luxury condominium.
Build Date: 1988-1991
Details: Developed and built 48 attached luxury condominiums that featured a community pool, cabana, and tennis courts.
