Tips on Using the Interactive Maps
After clicking on either the "East" or "West" of the Thames River link, your browser will open Live Maps and display locations of BROM-built homes (this may take a minute or so, depending on your Internet connection). Here's some tips on how to move around Live Maps:
- Zoom by scrolling your mouse or hitting the "+" to the top left.
- You can make the map area larger by "grabbing" (left click/hold) the edge of the frame (to the right of the list of address) in the middle and dragging it to the left edge of your screen. If you want the list of addresses back in view, go the left edge of your screen and left click the middle (hold down the left click) and pull the frame back open.
- You can move the map by left clicking and dragging the map in any direction.
- If you double click on any home, it will be re-centered on the map (great for centering before "Bird's eye" view).
- BEST FEATURE: click "Bird's eye" view at the top left of the map and you'll see a satellite view of the home.
- You can zoom in more in "Bird's eye" view for most homes.
- You can rotate the view to see all sides of most homes by hitting the rotate arrow button at the top left OR hitting the W, S, or E compass letters.
- While in "Bird's eye" view, if you click on another address in the list of BROM homes, the map will go to the "Bird's eye" view for that home.
Have fun and ENJOY exploring BROM homes in your neighborhood.
