What We Do

1 P L A N

Create a budget & timeframe to meet your goals.
Get a quote for your desired home style, size & specifications by requesting a free consultation with one of our Project Managers.
Find a Lot (yours, ours, or through a 3rd party - anywhere in our building area) or consider whether rebuilding on your existing lot is an option for you.
Lot Review & Analysis (site plan).
Evaluate Preliminary Costing, Design & Specifications.
Once Preliminary Review(s) is acceptable to you as the Owner, we enter our agreement & begin working together.

2 B U I L D

Finalize your Home's Technical Drawings.
Complete Site Survey & Engineering.
Address Building, Zoning, Health, & other applicable Town requirements.
Assist you with Selections (i.e., roof/siding, finishes, cabinetry, flooring, plumbing, etc.) and finalize your Architectural Plans.
Attend a Preconstruction Meeting with your Project Manager, Job Superintendent & Sitework Contractor, and review Construction Schedule.
Construction Phase begins.
Your Project Manager and Job Superintendent will be happy to answer any questions, address any desired changes to plans or specifications, and give you critical (and helpful) updates during the construction process.

Final Walk Through/New Home Orientation with Project Manager & Job Superintendent.
Review & Schedule Punchlist (if any) needed for completion and/or Certificate of Occupancy.
MOVE IN & ENJOY ... Now THAT was easy, wasn't it?
Last but not least ... You will have peace of mind knowing that you've just built a quality home with the most reputable builder in the area, and that BROM Builders stands behind its work far beyond the standard, 1 year "builder's warranty" required by law.
