BROM has built hundreds of homes in communities ranging from single family residential homes to multi-family condominiums and town homes, both independently and with others. Below is a sampling of projects we’ve undertaken over the years exhibiting our building diversity and experience.
BROM’s reputation, coupled with its high-profile activity in the area, has attracted many businesses to approach us with requests for joint ventures. Throughout the years there have been many instances whereby the blending of resources has resulted in projects that provided housing options that may not have been possible if not for the unique combination that a joint venture could offer.
Details: This Senior Living Campus will feature a total of 179 units in the first phase of development, with multiple floor plans and sizes from which to choose. A 26-lot subdivision of luxury homes.
Build Date: 2003-2006
Details: This 26-lot subdivision of luxury homes was developed by BRENMOR, Inc., who promptly sold 15 of the lots to BROM for its high-end clients who desired custom-built homes.
A 24-lot subdivision of single-family custom homes.
Build Date: 2000-2003
Details: This 24-lot subdivision was developed by Sablewoods Associates, who promptly established BROM as its premier builder.
Build Date: 1997-2000
Details: Doyle/Paula/Ina Boulevard, Phase II: Resnikof Properties in Phase 1 developed this subdivision in the mid-1980s; Phase 2 development began in the mid-1990s. BROM and Resnikof established a joint venture in 1997 for the lots not selling in Phase 2, designating BROM as the exclusive builder and marketer for the remaining 11 lots.

BROM has, on many occasions, purchased large parcels of raw land. By using our own talent and creativity we have developed entirely new neighborhoods from conception and planning through the entire build-out process. Each of these neighborhoods has been completed and every home has been built and sold by BROM.
