Joe Mastronunzio (Founder/Owner) has worked in virtually every aspect of the business, both in the field and in the office. President and General Manager since 1978, Joe enjoys seeking opportunities for new project development. He currently assists in the sales and project management sides of the business. Joe is an avid sports enthusiast and loves traveling with his wife and family. [ Back to Our Team ] |

Mike Mastronunzio (Founder/Owner) has vast experience in the field and currently is BROM's Production Manager. He enjoys the ever-changing challenge of new construction and keeping up with the latest construction products and techniques to offer clients. [ Back to Our Team ] |

Rico Mastronunzio (Founder/Owner) works with all project managers as head of Design & Drafting for all conceptual, preliminary, and final home designs. Rico also serves as Project Manager for some clients, from initial client meetings through all construction, completion, and then warranty phases after move in. In addition to spending time with family, Rico enjoys many outdoor activities, working out and running, cooking, and traveling. [ Back to Our Team ] |

Greg is a Project Manager in the main office, and he also maintains his real estate license. Working with clients in all phases of building their home, Greg has been part of the BROM team since 1986, working in many capacities, including job superintendant and field manager. Greg has received countless letters of appreciation from clients for his undying enthusiasm, endless energy, and attention to detail. [ Back to Our Team ] |

Carol has been the Office Manager for BROM since 1986. In addition to supervising the office staff, she provides the in-house accounting services and manages BROM's advertising activities. An avid photographer in her spare time, Carol provides all photos for BROM ads and for the website, which she also maintains. [ Back to Our Team ] |

Matt is a Project Manager and works directly with clients to develop their new home plans and guide them through the selection process for every detail of their custom home. He is a liaison between the client and field personnel to ensure that each client's plans come to fruition. Matt has worked in many field capacities for BROM over the past several years. Cindy has worked over the past 10 years with BROM in the West Town Street office in Norwich. She provides a number of office services, such as preparing client billing statements, job costing and tracking, and advertising and marketing support. Cindy enjoys greeting and working with clients, and she occasionally helps clients make selections in our sample room. [ Back to Our Team ] |

Andrew works in Purchasing and Subcontract Administration. He formerly was co-owner of a residential painting business in Eastern CT, and he also brings business experience. Andrew has a bachelors degree from the University of CT and is a double major in Psychology and Philosophy. [ Back to Our Team ] |

Dan works in the CAD department on the fine tuning of plan modifications. Dan completed his bachelors degree in Construction Management at Central CT State University.
